Yoga & Wellness, RYT 500
Rhonda Dailey
Rhonda seeks to create a calming and serene environment to give all students a safe place to self-reflect and grow. She believes with movement and breath we are able to reconnect with our inner spirit in order to step into our true self. The Yoga Sutras say that “yogas citta vrtti nirodha”, which loosely translates to “yoga is the stilling of the constant movement of the mind.” Rhonda’s goal as a teacher is to bring mindfulness to every practice so students feel empowered and relaxed, in order to counteract the stresses of our daily lives. When she’s not on the mat, you can find her on a trail, on a bike, or traveling to check items off her bucket list.

Yoga & Wellness, RYT 200
Stacy O'Connor
Stacy began her physical practice of yoga as a way to help her body stay strong and mobile while she pushed it with running, playing ice hockey, hiking, lifting weights, and keeping up with her kids. When life got hard, she took the suggestion to turn inward and began a meditation practice, something she never thought she'd be capable of doing. Once learning to always start again and breathe, her inner life truly changed. This led Stacy to look deeper in everything, including yoga. Now as a registered yoga instructor, she is beyond excited to share what she has learned as she continues to deepen her practice and understanding of herself and the world we live in.

"What a great addition to the town of Monument. I have tried the art therapeutic class, as well as a few yoga classes, and both were amazing. The space is relaxing, and the instructors so friendly and knowledgeable. I will be back with lots of friends!"
