Service Description

Join us Saturday evenings for an hour of high-energy, soulful drum and percussion playing. Get your body moving to the beat and connect with your inner rhythm while releasing the stresses of the week. We'll explore healing rhythms of the world with on-site facilitation and instruction. Drums and instruments are provided, and you are also welcome to bring your own.
