Service Description

Summer Series: Get Balanced with Maxie Fridays from 5:00 - 6:15 PM: 7/12, 7/19, 7/26, 8/2 All levels. Registration includes four class sessions, reach out for single class drop-in. Are you looking to deepen your yoga practice? Commit to 4 weeks of exploring breathwork, movement (vinyasa and yin) and meditation weekly. If you are trying to find more consistency in your practice, explore some foundational elements of yoga, focus on strengthening for balancing postures and make more time to connect with yourself, sign up today! Can't make the whole series? Reach out, we can sign you up for specific dates! info@monumentbloom.com What You'll Get: - Learn four different types of pranayama (breathwork) that range from helping to calm the mind to providing more energy - Build strength and stability in standing postures - Find stress relief and better sleep from winding down with yin - Grow your meditation practice through guided meditations in each class Please mention to instructor in booking notes if you have health concerns or injuries they should be aware of. Minimum of 4 participants required, in honor of Maxie's time and preparation. If minimum is not met, we will contact each participant individually.
