Service Description

Great for beginners! Join us for a 60 minute class to include Breath work, followed by a focused flow to strengthen the body and improve flexibility. Please mention to instructor in booking notes if you have health concerns or injuries they should be aware of for class. What is Vinyasa Yoga? It is movement synchronized with breath, often structured as a flow class, which refers to the continuous flow from one yoga posture to the next.
