Service Description

Slow Flow & strength class will break up your day and energize your body, great for those interested in a gentle and core-strengthening practice. We will warm up the body, as well as focus on alignment, core strength, balance, and flexibility. Please mention to instructor in booking notes if you have health concerns or injuries they should be aware of. What is Slow Flow Yoga? It is Vinyasa, with a slower pace. Postures are generally held for longer periods, and the transitions between poses are a little slower. What is Vinyasa Yoga? It is movement synchronized with breath, often structured as a flow class, which refers to the continuous flow from one yoga posture to the next.
