Interested in private breathwork sessions? info@monumentbloom.com Body-Connected Breathwork is a substance-free psychedelic experience that allows for you to consciously connect to yourself, move you out of your thinking mind and into the awareness of your body and the emotions that are stored within. It invites you to release built-up energy caused by repeating thoughts, feelings, old stories/beliefs, stress, pressure, and stored trauma by discharging it out through your body. Body-Connected Breathwork is not the same as taking deep breaths, slowing your breathing, or engaging in various Pranayamas. This is a guided experience that uses circular connected breathing, breath holds, movement, and sound coupled with rhythmic music to produce a cathartic emotional and energetic release. Using the breath, you will engage your innate ability to heal and release blockages, restrictions, or pain that hold you back from who you are and how you want to show up in this world. You will be safely guided by Trish Leichty, a certified Somatic BreathworkTM Facilitator, Reiki Master, Trauma-Informed Practitioner, and former physician. Please allow 90 minutes for the following: ● 15 minutes for group intake, overview of the session, and intention setting ● 60 minutes for breathwork session ● 15 minutes for personal integration and optional group sharing Please mention to instructor in booking notes if you have health concerns or injuries they should be aware of.
