Service Description

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced yoga style, improving flexibility and joint mobility by placing moderate stress on the connective tissues. Poses are held for several minutes each. Yin also offers an inward focus, allowing pause that brings peace to the body and the mind. Please mention to instructor in booking notes if you have health concerns or injuries they should be made aware of. What is yin yoga? Yin is a slow-paced style in which asanas (poses) are held for 3 to 5 minutes, applying moderate stress to the connective tissue - the tendons, fascia and ligaments - with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility.
