Yoga: Back to the Basics with Bekah Wednesdays @ 5:00 pm, 60 minutes Beginners welcome Back to the Basics welcomes those seeking a practice that allows for pause to discover each pose for your individual body and needs. Focus on alignment, strength, and balance. You will be connecting breathe and movement, mind and body. In this class we allow the world outside of our mats to continue on without us, as we enter into a state of calm and centered. Please mention to instructors in booking notes if you have health updates or injuries they should be made aware of for class planning. What is Vinyasa Yoga? It is movement synchronized with breath, often structured as a flow class, which refers to the continuous flow from one yoga posture to the next.
