Service Description

Slow Flow Yoga: 30 minute class to break up your day and energize your body. Slow Flow is great for those new to yoga or those who are interested in a gentle and strengthening practice. We will warm up the body, as well as focus on alignment, core strength, balance, and flexibility. Participants are welcome to stay after for community, tea, or more mat time, whatever fits into your lunch hour. Please mention to instructor in booking notes if you have health issues or injuries they should be made aware of.
